The aim of the ECDC commissioned project “Infection control training needs assessment in the European Union” is to produce a guidance document giving the features and indications required to develop an Infection Control Professional Training Programme for EU MS together with a shared common ground for promoting the harmonisation of Infection Control/Hospital Hygiene (IC/HH) professional training.
